With a unique twist on Welsh mythology, Apple is a magically transformed dragon taking on the human shape to experience human joy. Apple, alongside other creatures of the Welsh Foreworld, volunteers in job roles and human hobbies to learn what it means to be human. But with human joy, these mythological creatures may find the human experience has a lot more in store...
Apple has organized fundraiser zines, community game nights, holiday special events, and more to bring people together with laughter and creativity.
BEHIND THE CHARACTER
Behind the character, A. O. is a self-taught illustrator and creative hobbyist who has an unconditional love for people. They have a history in facilitating and hosting workshops for minority identity, rights, and inclusion in higher education professional development conferences. Their degree in Communications and Political Science alongside community lead anti-capitalism and generational healing workshops informs their worldview and activism.
